I am writing this review to floristmanila.com for their generously taking actions from the issue incident mishandling my 50 pcs of my white precious flowers. I am so grateful and so thankful the next day they compensate me wit a 50 New fresh white flowers that put a smile on my special person made even my day better. I wanna say thank you to your staff for your hard work on this. I kindly appreciate it.. Unfortunate incident happens sometimes but your actions of resolving the issue the next day as soon as possible is the best way that a loyal customer will keep coming back to you guys. Absolutely brilliant. The delivery address had to be changed at the last minute which they did for me no problem. The flowers were really beautiful, thank you for an amazing service.

Placed and order around 2 pm EST from Canada. So they received it 2 am over there, recipient recieved the delivery of flowers and chocolate same day at around 3 pm in the afternoon. Amazing same day service, beautiful flowers and presentation. I will most definitely use them again for future occasions. Thank you!
