Ordered flowers with provincial delivery, but the experience didn’t go as planned. The courier texted the recipient in advance about the Feb 14 delivery, which spoiled the surprise, and then asked her to pick up the package rather than delivering to the business address I provided. I reached out to floristmanila.com, and while they said they would look into it, I haven’t received an update. The flowers were lovely, but the delivery process could use some improvement
