Our primary aim is customer satisfaction. We consistently strive to ensure that all items reflect the images displayed on our website. It's important to note that the items showcased represent the types of gifts FloristManila.COM offers and may vary based on availability.
In some instances, substitutions may be required to ensure the prompt delivery of your arrangement or specialty gift. We take the utmost care to make these substitutions as similar as possible to the requested item. If your chosen gift is unavailable, it may be substituted with another of equal or greater value, maintaining a similar theme and category.
For flowers, substitutions may occur, particularly in color, if the requested color is unavailable. Additionally, items like baskets, vases, bears, and chocolate packets may vary in size, color, shape, brand, etc., subject to substitution when the original shown on our website is not in stock.
Please be aware that while we deliver to almost all locations within the Philippines, if the delivery address is far from our courier office (especially for provincial deliveries) or not covered for delivery, the recipient will need to pick up the item from our advised courier office. The recipient or buyer will receive notification of this advisory.
Whether for pick-up or delivery, shipping charges still apply, as we ship the item to your nearest courier office. While an exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed, we make every effort to deliver within the specified day. Morning, afternoon, or evening delivery times can be requested.
FloristManila.COM holds no liability for delayed or non-delivery of items for any reason. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages. If a customer is dissatisfied with an item, it may be replaced if the recipient can return the item within 3 working days, but refunds are not offered.
Please note that our website lists products from different merchants. If you order items from different merchants, deliveries may occur at different times within your specified date. However, we can, in some cases, arrange simultaneous delivery—please contact us with such requests.
Our courier and delivery team has the full right to deliver to anyone at the specified address, aside from the recipient. While the recipient may not be available, anyone at the specified address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.
Delivery time guarantees are suspended during extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or heavy rain. An incomplete shipping address may cause delays, and if the recipient's address is incorrect, no refund will be issued. FloristManila.COM reserves the right to cancel orders at any time, and all content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is copyrighted.
